Inspect carburetor (replace if necessary)

Inspect recoil (replace rope if necessary)

Inspect fuel lines and primer bulb (replace if necessary)

Test ignition and compression

Replace spark plug(s)

Replace fuel filter

Change engine oil

Replace oil filter

Inspect lower unit oil for water while changing

Inspect prop

Grease prop shaft

Grease moving parts

Grease Zerk fittings

Ensure water pump is working properly

Inspect fuel tank for defects

Power wash if necessary

Final inspection and test run
