My name is John Bateman and I have dedicated the past 17 years to working on small engines. My career began at a large power equipment dealer in Massachusetts, where I gained extensive experience servicing a variety of brands, including Honda, Stihl, Ariens, Toro, Ferris, Simplicity, Husqvarna, Echo, RedMax, Jonsered, and Shindaiwa.

For the past several years I have been working independently on small engines while also serving as a firefighter/paramedic for the City of Chelsea and the Town of Naples. Along with other department members, I rely on the power tools that I service and repair during fires and other incidents. I understand the critical importance of high-quality work and attention to detail in ensuring that this equipment operates at peak efficiency, especially when it directly impacts the safety and performance of our firefighters.
